I have found when quoting for the annual imports it is better to quote less rather than more due to the possibility of business taking a downturn. This way you do not overpay. If you quote 10M in freight and you use 8M, you do not get a refund on your premium. If you quote 8M and you use 10M they just adjust at the end of the year. No penalty.
